Defective products may be exchanged for products of identical value or for a full refund within 5 days of the products arrival at the shipping location provided.

Unopened items can be returned within 5 days of arrival.

Items that have been eaten or partially eaten cannot be returned. Opened items cannot be returned unless defective. Items that have been delivered without a signature required, or knowingly left in unsuitable temperatures (under 45 degrees and above 68 degrees) cannot be returned.
