We ship Monday through Friday using UPS, Federal Express or USPS depending on the season, available rates, and preferences of our customers. Order placed during the summer or going to warmer climates will require additional insulation and packaging, which will increase the cost of shipping.

Items ordered after 12pm for immediate delivery will ship the following business day, while scheduled orders will ship on the day specified except during holidays, when it will ship the following business day. Customers will be notified when the order has been shipped.

Depending on the delivery method selected by the customer’s order should arrive within 1 to 5 business days of shipment.

Temporarily unavailable items will ship when a new supply of the item becomes available.

For Manhattan Only

Orders in Manhattan can be processed at our store (Chocolat Michel Cluizel @ABC Carpet & Home, First Floor, 888 Broadway, New York NY 10003) and shipped via messenger. We ship from the store between 10AM and 6PM Monday through Friday, and 12PM to 6PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Manhattan delivery option must be selected during checkout. These items will ship out on the same day of ordering unless otherwise specified and will be delivered within 4 hours of the order being placed. If an order cannot be fulfilled the store will call you to discuss alternatives.
